They are trained on the B12 platform and website best practices to guide you through minor updates. They will advise you when to re-engage with copy and design experts based on your needs. Depending on the scope of the changes, additional fees may apply, which your representative will discuss with you to ensure they fit your budget.

B12 supports various integrations to enhance your site's capabilities, including online chatbots, calendars, blogging platforms, and more. You can view the full list of supported integrations on our website.

No installation is required. B12 is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, meaning you can access it from anywhere. Current customers can log in by visiting b12.io and clicking 'Log in' in the top right corner. New users can sign up from any desktop, mobile, or tablet device.

The do-it-for-you package covers the cost of the B12 team managing your site setup, including a dedicated team of copywriters, designers, and project managers to build, test, and launch your site. It also includes onboarding for features like invoicing, payments, email marketing, and integrations. The ongoing subscription fee covers hosting, maintenance, and site services, including unlimited support from the Customer Success Team, domain and TLS certificate maintenance, and access to B12’s business features. Depending on your package, this may also include content calendar management and the publication of new search-optimized pages.

Each B12 package offers a different feature set. The Starter package is for testing B12, allowing you to build a site, intake clients, and get paid, though it includes B12 branding. The Basic package is for establishing a professional online presence with client intake and appointment scheduling, removing B12 branding. The Professional package is for established businesses, adding email marketing, contact management, contracts, eSignatures, and enhanced support. The Advanced package is ideal for businesses with staff, including access for five team members and premium synchronization features. For an additional fee, Professional and Advanced users can work with B12’s copywriting, design, and launch experts.

Customers who have paid a setup fee can choose between Professional or Advanced. Please note that customers on Advanced or Professional subscriptions cannot downgrade to Starter or Basic.
