High demand on OpenAI's servers can cause slow response times; please try again later. You can also use /voice-off to disable voice responses, which may improve speed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Send the message 'unsubscribe-me' to Snowball on WhatsApp to cancel your subscription instantly.
Why do Snowball's replies repeat?
Sending a new message before the previous one has been answered can cause repeating replies. Please wait for the complete response before sending your next message.
Is the chatbot private and secure?
Yes, privacy and security are priorities. To maintain conversation context, the last 10 messages are stored securely on our servers. This data does not leave the server and is not shared with third parties, except for the necessary processing by OpenAI.
Is my data used to train the model?
