FAQ from Unrealme
What themes are included in the image pack?
The available themes vary over time. You can view the examples section to see potential results, such as 4K photos, illustrations, and superhero styles. Customization is not currently available, but you can send special requests to hello@unrealme.io.
What is the resolution of the images I will receive?
All generated images are provided in 512x512px JPEG format.
How closely will the photos resemble me, and can I request a redo if I am unsatisfied?
Results depend heavily on the photos you provide. Typically, about 70% of the generated images will resemble you. The AI learns from your input; for example, if your uploaded photos feature long hair or a bow tie, the AI will likely incorporate those features. Due to the high costs of current AI technology, we cannot offer refunds for user-side errors.
How long does it take to receive my generated images?
The process typically takes a few hours. If you have not received your images after 24 hours, please contact us at hello@unrealme.io.
What should I do if I do not receive my results or the photo upload email?
Please check your spam folder first, as this is a common issue. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us at hello@unrealme.io.
Can I obtain my .ckpt file after the image generation is complete?
Yes, you may request the .ckpt file within 7 days of receiving your image results by emailing hello@unrealme.io.

How are my photos handled?
Your photos are used exclusively for generating your images and are deleted immediately after the process is complete. Generated images are stored for 30 days to allow you time to download them, after which they are deleted. You may request an earlier deletion by emailing hello@unrealme.io.
